Terms of Service

1. Service

TrustQueue provides an AI support widget that answers questions grounded in the customer's uploaded documentation and hands off to a human when confidence is low. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Billing

TrustQueue is sold as a monthly subscription. Payments are processed by Polar.sh, our payment provider. Fees are charged at the start of each billing period in the currency displayed at checkout.

3. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If TrustQueue doesn't work for you, email stergios.z@trustqueue.com within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made. There are no long-term contracts.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TrustQueue to host, distribute, or respond to illegal content, to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Liability

The service is provided as-is. At this early stage, TrustQueue does not offer a formal uptime guarantee or SLA. We work to keep the service reliable, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from downtime or errors. Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount paid in the prior three months of subscription fees.
